I want my new book, from which these recipes come, really to fit into peoples lives. Remember, youre responsible for what you put in your body. So if you go into a coffee place in the morning and you normally have a cappuccino, make the decision: I now have a black filter coffee. Make good choices and youll chip away at the calories across the board, but wont miss them.

You dont have to alter your life totally, just think: OK, Ive got some great calorie-controlled recipes here and there are some exercises I can commit to. Ive been on this path for a while and have never felt better. Good luck!
