SACRAMENTO Jamal Murray was ready to win the game for his team. He bobbed and weaved through Sacramentos defense, looking for his shot. With 0.5 seconds left in regulation, he got in position to take a possible game-winning shot.

Richaun Holmes had other plans, as he blocked Murray from behind, sending the game into overtime with the score deadlocked at 90.

Five minutes later, it felt like deja vu.

With just seconds remaining in the extra period, Murray brought the ball down the floor, looking to be the hero. He ran underneath the basket but was met by two Sacramento defenders, and with nowhere to go and nowhere to pass it to, he failed to get a final shot off at the buzzer, sealing the Kings 100-97 win.
