We all want our children to be healthy and to love their bodies how can parents help them if they need to lose weight? TODAY Parents experts weigh in on how to talk to kids about their weight without having them hate you, or themselves.

Nearly one in five U.S. children are "obese," according to a 2016 report from the National Center for Health Statistics, as defined as having a Body Mass Index (BMI) at or above the 95th percentile.

Though some professionals differ as to how much obesity directly affects health, the Center for Disease Control lists high blood pressure and cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, asthma, sleep apnea, joint problems, and fatty liver disease as some of the possible complications of childhood obesity. The CDC also warns that obese children face a greater risk of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, and bullying.

Now, there is also evidence that obesity can make the complications of COVID-19 more severe even in young people.

The American Academy of Pediatrics defines children with BMIs between the 85th and 95th percentile are considered "overweight." Those with BMIs over the 95th percentile are defined as "obese."

Children with BMIs between the 5th and 85th percentiles are generally considered to be at a "healthy" weight, and experts do not recommend talking about weight specifically with them. Instead, make a point to talk generally about health, physical fitness, and nutrition, parenting and child development expert Dr. Deborah Gilboa told TODAY Parents.

"You want to talk about food and fitness just like you teach your kids about allowance and chores and money things they're going to need to know as adults," she said. "We should do that no matter what their weight is."

Gilboa said it is important for all kids to be aware of how much of what she called "tushie time" they have in their lives which includes not just time spent sedentary while on screens, but also "puzzles and books and just sitting around."

Pediatrician Dr. Tobi Amosun, medical director of Nashville's Academy Children's Clinic, acknowledged that BMI is an imperfect measurement of overall health and physical fitness; many factors go into obesity, including a family's structure and socioeconomic status, depression and anxiety, and even whether a family lives in a neighborhood where children can walk to and from school.

Depending on your family's race and ethnicity, Amosun said, a "healthy" BMI range might be higher or lower, and if your child is very active and athletic or has a larger frame, they might have a higher BMI but be very healthy.

If your child's BMI is over the 85th percentile, first take family history, where they are in their growth, and their physical activity into account. Then, if you determine that a change needs to be made in your home and lifestyle, follow these guidelines:

If you have an obese child in preschool or elementary school, you can naturally limit their food choices by limiting what you buy and make available to them in your home. Instead of talking about the number on the scale, talk about the content and quality of their food choices and their activity level without any sense of value judgment or shame, Gilboa said.

"Focus on wanting their bodies to work well without getting tired or wearing out, to keep up their energy," she said.

New York City-based dietician and intuitive eating expert Shana Spence told TODAY Parents she doesn't believe it's ever a good idea to label foods as "good" or "bad," especially to children. "They can take that kind of message into adulthood," she said, and it sets them up for a problematic relationship with food.

Instead, she advocates teaching children mindful or intuitive eating practices, which adults can role model as soon as children begin eating solid foods.

"What I recommend to parents first is sitting down to have meals," said Spence. "I don't think we realize how much we rely on grab-and-go food in this country. I know we're all running around, so sometimes we have to, but especially with kids it's super important to get them to start really thinking about what they're eating."

When you sit down and make yourself focus and be present in the moment while eating a meal or snack without phones or other gadgets nearby, Spence advised you more naturally ask yourself, Do I really want this?

"A lot of time, we eat just because it's convenient. We're not really thinking about what we're putting in our body," said Spence. "For instance, potato chips are delicious and are fine as a snack, but if you aren't thinking about it, you are probably eating more than you normally would."

Mindful eating, whether for children or adults, is about really figuring out the foods that work for our bodies and being aware of how they make us feel, Spence said. For example, if your child plays sports, teach them to think about how what they eat before practice or a game affects how their bodies feel and perform.

"Don't teach kids to 'diet,'" Spence said. "Replace that word with the idea of 'mindful eating' instead."

Mindful eating is even more important to reinforce in older children and teenagers who are more likely to want to eat while playing video games or on their computers instead of sitting down at a table for every snack or meal.

Spence recommended continuing to encourage older kids to focus and be present when they are eating, and she suggested distinguishing foods as "nutrient-dense" or not instead of "good" or "bad."

In older children, the way you talk about obesity matters, and it's important to know your own child and how they receive information surrounding weight and body size, said Amosun.

When she approaches a conversation about weight with a teenager, she begins by asking questions like, "How do you feel about your body size or shape?" This helps her keep the conversation neutral and non-judgmental. Sometimes, she said, teens will answer with frustrations not about their weight at all, but about their height or their proportions.

"I think the main thing is to know how to frame things in a way that's not about the child as much as it is about looking at their health," Amosun said.

With younger children, the conversation can focus on feeding their bodies to be able to keep up with their friends on the playground, but in teenagers, it can be more nuanced.

Amosun said she emphasizes that the goal is to feel good about their bodies, no matter what they look like. "Everybody looks different; all bodies look differently," she said. "I tell my patients, 'I want you to feel strong and confident in your body not just physically strong, but mentally and emotionally too.

"I have plenty of girls who are round and curvy, and they love their bodies," Amosun said. "They're healthy, and I tell them, you know what? Great. Make sure you exercise and eat a good diet."

Testosterone boosters include medications and supplements designed to increase testosterone levels in the body. While low testosterone can trigger a range of symptoms, increasing this hormone comes with risks.

Testosterone is an androgen hormone that promotes the development of characteristics people typically associate with masculinity, such as facial hair, deep voice, and muscle growth.

Although testosterone is the principal male sex hormone, it is also present in females, though at much lower levels.

Testosterone influences various aspects of the human body, including:

The normal testosterone value in people varies due to many factors, such as age. The American Urological Association defines low testosterone as less than 300 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL).

A 2017 study suggests the normal total testosterone range for males aged 1939 years is 264916 ng/dL. The research considers values higher than this as abnormally high.

Low testosterone, or hypogonadism, can occur due to an underlying medical condition, taking certain medications, or injuries to the testes. People may also experience high testosterone levels, typically due to anabolic steroid use, tumors on the adrenal glands, or a medical condition.

A testosterone booster, or testosterone supplement, refers to any natural or artificially produced substance that raises testosterone levels. These may include:

TRT, or androgen replacement therapy, is a medical treatment for low testosterone. It works by replacing the testosterone that the body is not producing. TRT may include:

Injectable testosterone, such as testosterone cypionate (Depo-Testosterone) and testosterone undecanoate (Aveed), contain testosterone esters suspended in oil. Esters are a type of biological compound.

A person can administer this form of testosterone by injecting the solution into the buttocks. People can take these injections every 24 weeks, depending on recommendations from doctors.

Transdermal testosterone includes medicated patches (Androderm) and gels (AndroGel) that people apply directly to the skin.

Androderm patches come in four different strengths: 2 mg, 2.5 mg, 4 mg, or 5 mg of testosterone. The recommended starting dose is one 4 mg patch every 24 hours. A person should apply this to clean, dry skin on the back, thighs, abdomen, or upper arms.

Testosterone gel is available at 1% and 1.62% concentrations. When starting the 1% formulation, a person should apply 50 mg once a day in the morning. The dosage can vary depending on their hormone levels.

Jatenzo is an oral testosterone capsule recently approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating hypogonadism due to underlying medical conditions. The FDA does not recommend Jatenzo for treating age-related low testosterone due to an increased risk of cardiovascular events.

Jatenzo is available in three strengths: 158 mg, 198 mg, and 237 mg. The manufacturers recommend that people start by taking 237 mg twice daily for 1 week. In clinical trials, 87% of participants achieved testosterone levels in the normal range at the end of treatment.

After the first week, a doctor can adjust the dosage according to a persons serum testosterone levels. People should also note that due to a potential increase in blood pressure, Jatenzo may increase the risk of cardiovascular events.

Some supplements may help increase the level of testosterone a persons body produces. These may include:

D-aspartic acid (DAA) is an amino acid that plays a role in creating and releasing several different hormones, including testosterone.

DAA acts on the hypothalamus, triggering an increase of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). When GnRH is present, the pituitary gland releases luteinizing hormone (LH), which promotes testosterone production.

Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands. It is a precursor hormone with minimal effects until the body converts it into other hormones, such as estrogen or testosterone.

Due to its effects, DHEA is a popular ingredient in testosterone-boosting supplements.

There are several reasons why a person might use testosterone boosters. These include:

Multiple factors can influence testosterone levels. The body naturally produces less of the hormone with age. In one 2016 study, researchers evaluated the levels of testosterone and DHEA of 271 healthy males between the ages of 4070.

The researchers found testosterone levels decreased by 1.28%, and DHEA decreased by 3.52% each year.

The following factors can lead to low testosterone levels:

TRT is effective in treating low testosterone, but it does not always address the underlying cause. A doctor may recommend lifestyle changes and other medication to treat hypogonadism due to overweight, metabolic disorders, or thyroid problems.

In a 2018 study, researchers coordinated seven controlled trials in 788 older males with low testosterone levels. The participants received either AndroGel 1% or a placebo for 12 months.

The results suggest that testosterone treatment led to moderate improvements in sexual function, bone density, and red blood cell count. Those in the testosterone treatment group showed mild improvements in walking distance, mood, and depressive symptoms.

In a 2017 article, researchers evaluated the efficacy of d-aspartic acid (DAA) reported in 27 animal and human studies.

Findings from the animal studies suggest that DAA increases testosterone levels. However, the human trials produced mixed results. This may be due to limitations of the study design, as well as differences in age, physical fitness levels, and the participants base testosterone levels.

A 2015 study researching the effects of DAA supplementation in 24 males with at least two years of resistance training suggests this technique either showed no significant changes or reduced testosterone levels based on the dosage.

The authors of a 2013 review examined findings from 25 randomized controlled trials that looked at the effects of DHEA supplementation in 1,353 men. The authors conclude it led to minor reductions in body fat, but no improvements in testosterone.

A 2018 review also states there is limited evidence to suggest that DHEA supplementation increases testosterone levels.

Testosterone boosters may provide the following benefits to people with low testosterone levels:

While testosterone replacement may help alleviate the symptoms of hypogonadism, it may not produce the same effects in people with naturally declining testosterone levels.

TRT may lead to the following side effects:

People who inject testosterone may experience pain, swelling, or bruising near the injection site. Topical testosterone gels and patches can also induce allergic reactions at the application site.

The American Urological Association only recommend TRT if a persons testosterone level is below 300 ng/dL, and they show symptoms of hypogonadism. However, the risks of TRT may outweigh its potential benefits.

The FDA does not regulate testosterone supplements, meaning that supplements vary widely in quality, purity, and dosage.

According to the FDA, there is a link between some bodybuilding supplements, as well as products marketed as testosterone alternatives, and the following adverse effects:

Testosterone boosters can help increase a persons testosterone levels. However, their effectiveness will vary based on the type of booster and a persons reasons for taking them.

Testosterone therapy appears to benefit people with conditions such as hypogonadism. However, TRT is usually not recommended to treat age-related declines in testosterone unless managing sexual dysfunction.

More research is necessary to support the use of alternative therapies, such as testosterone supplements. Supplements may also carry some risk of cardiovascular, kidney, and liver disease.

Most of the research on the biology of fatherhood has focused on fathers in the U.S., Europe and some Asian countries. In these settings, levels of some hormones, such as lower testosterone and higher oxytocin, have been linked to more nurturing fathering. Yet, a University of Notre Dame research team wants to take a wider view. The role of fathers can vary greatly across cultures, and the researchers aimed to test whether the biology of fatherhood did, too.

To get a more complete picture of hormones and fatherhood that includes different cultures, social support systems and social hierarchies, Lee Gettler, associate professor of anthropology at Notre Dame, led a team that worked with the BaYaka and Bondongo societies in the Republic of the Congo. The teams paper was published this week in Nature magazines Scientific Reports. It is the first study to link fathers testosterone levels to broader social roles within their communities and revealed that BaYaka dads who were seen as more generous resource sharers had lower testosterone than less generous men.

Part of what motivated Gettler and his team to explore the role of fathers among the BaYaka and Bondongo is their very different models of family life and roles for fathers. In the U.S. and elsewhere, the pandemic has forced parents to forge new strategies to help their children meet their school demands while trying to negotiate their own work schedules. Many families have formed educational pods in which children from multiple families are schooled together, either by one of the parents or a teacher who is hired by the group. Fathers working from home have found new ways of integrating their roles in work and home life. Gettler and his team explore how mens hormones are linked to such social flexibility in response to the many challenges human parents have faced throughout human evolution and still do all over the world today.

In the Congo Basin, Gettlers team works with two neighboring groups with different ideas about fathers roles. The BaYaka people are very egalitarian and hyper-cooperative within their communities, and fathers are valued for generously sharing resources across the group. Among the Bondongo people, who rely on fishing and farming for sustenance, society is patriarchal and status driven, and fathers are valued as providers, said Gettler.

Anthropologists agree that the rise of paternal care and increased levels of cooperation were important to human evolutionary success by way of helping improve child well-being and survival, but links between fathers testosterone levels and cooperative, prosocial behaviors are still lacking in the field. To pursue these links, Gettlers collaborators including Sheina Lew-Levy, Simon Fraser University, Canada and Aarhus University, Aarhus, Denmark; Mallika Sarma, Johns Hopkins University; Valchy Miegakanda, Institut National de Sant Publique, Republic of the Congo; and Adam Boyette, Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, Leipzig, Germany took saliva samples from both the BaYaka and Bondongo fathers to determine testosterone levels. They also asked the men to rank the best fathers in each group based on their communitys valued roles for men.

BaYaka fathers are not playmates with their children like men are in the U.S. and other large-scale, industrialized societies. They spend more time in hands-on care, holding their babies, taking their older children with them to work in the forest, co-sleeping all together as a family at night. But fathers are also part of larger, cooperative community, said Boyette, a senior author on the new paper.

The role of fathers in Bondongo communities differs from BaYaka fathers in that the former are most valued for being providers of resources for their households. Bondongo men often undertake significant risk to hunt, fish and clear plots for farming. Although they are generally committed fathers, Bondongo fathers often do not engage in much nurturing care of their children, which is primarily a womens role in their society. In contrast to the BaYaka results, Bondongo fathers who were rated as better providers had higher testosterone levels.

The researchers also looked at levels of testosterone in relation to marital conflict. They found that men in both societies with higher testosterone levels were ranked (by other men) as having greater conflict with their wives. This is consistent with studies of men in the U.S. and the Philippines.

The data in the BaYaka/Bondongo study are correlational, meaning the researchers do not know if good sharers generous behavior leads to low levels of testosterone, or that low levels of testosterone lead to increased sharing. In previous research, Gettler and other anthropologists have demonstrated that testosterone levels drop significantly when men become fathers. A recent study from Gettlers lab, completed in conjunction with a South Bend hospital, showed that if a dads testosterone level was lower on the second day of his infants life, he would ultimately be more involved in the babys care months later.

Weve learned a great deal about fathers and testosterone in places like the U.S., and weve come to understand that its related to the amount of child care they do and how they support their partners, Gettler said. This could be applied to broader community. During this time when so many of us are struggling, this could make us think about how fathers bodies are functioning in ways that not only connect us to our own families but also how we can help others survive and thrive.

Scientists have uncovered an enzyme that appears to play a key role in regulating sexual behavior in males. Their new research, published in the journal Endocrinology, found that selectively disrupting the enzyme aromatase in the brains of male mice led to a sharp decrease in sexual behavior.

Over the past 30 years, we have been interested in various roles of aromatase, the enzyme that produces estrogen from testosterone locally in a number of body sites including the brain, explained Serdar Bulun, the chair of obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Northwestern Medicine.

There have been a number of reports about the function of aromatase in specific brain regions for sexually dimorphic brain development particularly in males during fetal development and early postnatal life; and sparse data also suggested that the aromatization of testosterone to estrogen in the brain might play a role in regulating libido, but this remained as an important question in the adult male.

There was a definitive way to answer this question: to knock out aromatase selectively in the brain and find out if sexual activity or desire changes. This is what we did, Bulun said.

The researchers found that sexual activity in male mice decreased by 50% when they knocked out a single gene responsible for encoding the enzyme, despite the mice having higher levels of blood testosterone levels (compared with control male mice).

Normally, if a male mouse is put with a female one, Bulun said in a news release, it would chase after her and try to have sex with her. If you knock out the aromatase gene in the brain, their sexual activity is significantly reduced. There is less frequency of mating. The male mice are not that interested.

The decreased sexual behavior in male mice was fully restored after the systemic administration of both estradiol and testosterone but not by estradiol or testosterone alone. This indicates that the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in the brain plays an important role in male sexual behavior, the researchers said.

Estrogen and testosterone have been traditionally labeled as female and male sex steroids, respectively. Our findings underscore that this is a superficial characterization. Both steroids serve important roles in both sexes, Bulun told PsyPost.

Testosterone in the brain serves two purposes for sexual desire. As an androgen, it stimulates it. As a further twist, testosterone is also aromatized and thus serves as a precursor for estrogen in the brain.

This additional estrogenic effect in the brain is necessary for achieving full sexual desire. Because males (versus females) have enormously higher levels of blood testosterone, they can concentrate estrogen in certain brain regions much more effectively compared with females. We hope that our findings will help design treatments for the disorders involving sexual desire, Bulun said.

But the researchers still have more to learn about the relationship between aromatase and sexual behavior.

We knocked out aromatase in the entire brain. Aromatase in the adult brain is present in specific locations such as the hypothalamus, amygdala and several other regions. We still need to pinpoint the microscopic brain regions responsible for controlling libido via more refined conditional knockout technology, Bulun explained.

There also remain other key questions. How does estrogen regulate sexual desire? What are the downstream neurotransmitters that mediate this estrogenic effect? How do aromatase-intense regions communicate with the cortex to regulate sexual activity?

The study, Brain Aromatase and the Regulation of Sexual Activity in Male Mice, was authored by David C. Brooks, John S. Coon V., Cihangir M. Ercan, Xia Xu, Hongxin Dong, Jon E. Levine, Serdar E. Bulun, and Hong Zhao.

PHILADELPHIA - Exposure to hydraulic fracturing fluid in drinking water has been shown to increase the risk of respiratory problems, premature births, congenital heart defects, and other medical problems. But not all wells are created equal. Since different hydraulic fracturing -- or fracking -- sites use a diverse mix of chemical ingredients, often individuals and researchers are in the dark about the health consequences of living near a particular well.

Now, a new, interactive tool created by Penn Medicine researchers allows community members and scientists to find out which toxins may be lurking in their drinking water as a result of fracking. By typing your ZIP code into the website or accompanying app -- called WellExplorer -- you can view the closest fracking sites in your state, learn which chemicals are used at those sites, and view their levels of toxicity.

In a recent study, published in Database: The Journal of Biological Databases and Curation, the WellExplorer app's creators found, for example, that wells in Alabama use a disproportionately high number of ingredients targeting estrogen pathways, while Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania use a high number of ingredients targeting testosterone pathways. The information found through WellExplorer might be particularly relevant for individuals who use private water wells, which are common in rural Pennsylvania, since homeowners may not be performing rigorous testing for these fracking chemicals, according to the study's principal investigator Mary Regina Boland, PhD, an assistant professor of Informatics in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

"The chemical mixtures used in fracking are known to regulate hormonal pathways, including testosterone and estrogen, and can therefore affect human development and reproduction," Boland said. "Knowing about these chemicals is important, not only for researchers who may be studying health outcomes in a community, but also for individuals who may want to learn more about possible health implications based on their proximity to a well. They can then potentially have their water tested."

While serves as a central registry for fracking chemical disclosures in the United States, the database is not user-friendly for the general public, and it does not contain information about the biological action of the fracking chemicals that it lists. In order to create a tool that could provide more in-depth, functional information for researchers and individuals alike, the Penn researchers first cleaned, shortened, and subsetted the data from to create two newly usable files that could be in used in WellExplorer website and app.

Because the research team also wanted to provide toxic and biological properties of the ingredients found at these well sites, they integrated data from the Toxin and Toxin Target Database (T3DB). From that database, they compiled information on fracking chemicals' protein targets (and the genes that encode those proteins), toxin mechanisms of actions, and specific protein functions. Moreover, they extracted the toxicity rankings of the top 275 most toxic ingredients from the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, as well as a list of ingredients that were food additives as described by Substances Added to Food Inventory. The team then linked all of that information together and created a ZIP Searcher function into their web tool, so that people could easily find their exposure risks to specific chemicals.

"The information had been out there, but it was not all linked together in a way that's easy for regular people to use," Boland said.

However, Boland added that the use of chemicals at a fracking site may not necessarily mean that those chemicals would be present in the water supply, which would be dependent on other factors, such as what type of soil or bedrock is being drilled into, and the depth of both the hydraulic fracturing well and an individual's private well depth. Nonetheless, WellExplorer provides a starting point for residents who may be experiencing symptoms and want to have their water tested.

Beyond information-gathering for individuals, WellExplorer can also be used as an important tool for environmental scientists, epidemiologists, and other researchers to make connections between specific health outcomes and proximity to a specific fracturing well. From a development standpoint, this means that the research team had to be conscious of the two audiences when designing the website and app, said Owen Wetherbee, who aided in the development of WellExplorer while interning in the Boland Lab.

"Nationally, researchers are trying to link fracking to health outcomes, and I believe that a large reason why answering that question is challenging, is because different wells are using different ingredients, and so, the side effects of exposure would be different from place to place," Boland added. "What this app gives you is some information about where to start looking for these answers."

In the United States new social reforms became necessary with the development of International trade, the expansion of white investments and profits and more importantly the return of thousands of the black proletarians from the world wars in Europe and white-owned factories abroad in Asia, Africa and Latin America to demand for social justice, and the upturning of the racist Jim Crow Laws. The new economic necessities in the world with new global experiences by the black proletariat and the global expansion and investments of American capital formed the social and material basis of a second Civil Rights Movement. New Reforms and Amendments to the Constitution were needed to appease the growing unionized workers and the globally exposed black proletariat. These conditions included the Right to vote, the demand for more humane living conditions and better living wages. At the summit of his wealth, national and global power the conquering white supremacists declared the Monroe Doctrine in which he made himself the owner of Latin America, its backyard and resources, while his fraternal fellow capitalist and white supremacists of Europe held the Berlin Conference and divided Africa among themselves into various spheres of influence.

Finally, racism and white supremacy responsible for black genocide are the ideological remnants of the socio-economic formation of slavery. Under neo-liberal capitalism the racist and white supremacist ruling class still globally sustain black servitude which has remained economically and socially beneficial with its numerous racial privileges. This racist ruling class is globally responsible in the planning of black genocide as a strategic means in ensuring perpetual black servitude and under-development whether in the African continent or the numerous diasporas of Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, Australia, Belgium and others with the United States of America remaining the epicenter.

The mode of implementation of black genocide has often varied with the location, time, social and geopolitical conditions. The Black Lives Matter Movement has not only exposed to the world how the police institutions of most western nations are in subterfuge white nationalist security outposts who under testosterone paranoia hunt their streets to kill physically endowed young black men with the strategic goal of sustaining black servitude and under-development of the black communities, reinventing racism while continually retaining their unwarranted racial privileges.

In Africa black servitude and under-development is also instituted by the same global strategy of black genocide but under different social and geopolitical conditions. The renewed tactics of destabilization through the intra-continental and global manipulation of capital, labor, employment, religion, commodity prices, uneven wages, competition over markets, geopolitically engineered famine pitted against skin color, ethnicity, and race will continue to exacerbate towards their intended global dynamic of black genocide.

Is the genocide from the Nigerian civil war whereby millions of black children perished from starvation, induced kwashiorkor not as a result of the western manipulation of investments by the oil multinational corporations, chiefly Shell, Mobil, Texaco and others, and the instigation of violence through the fabricated religious dynamic between the Northern Moslem population and the Christian South as western imperialism equipped both ethnic and religious groups with arms, indirectly sold through their Arab allies leading to the dynamic consequence of black genocide and the under-development of Nigeria?

In South Africa, the system of Apartheid generated a racial conflict where the white man profited for many years from the resulting racial privileges, leading to the loss of millions of black lives through a social dynamic designed to produce black genocide, underdevelopment and control. The apartheid system has continued to propagate a process of xenophobia where the white supremacists deliberately propagate unequal wages between different ethnic groups from other African migrants doing business or who are under employment in South Africa, against black South African indigenes. Wages and nationality are manipulated by white supremacists leading to a violent dynamic resulting in seasonal xenophobia and black genocide which undermines the much needed solidarity by African states, amicable intra-African trade and social development.

There are sufficient evidence linking members of the ruling white supremacist class of Western imperialism to the funding of both government, Christian and Muslim groups which propels the dynamic of terror in Boko Haram, El Shabaab and other terror groups in the African continent which lead to their intended strategy of black genocide as a means of ensuring black servitude, control and under-development.

More recently are the planned efforts to destabilize Ethiopia, which through its leadership has become the rallying nucleus and model for economic development for African nations. With a remarkable focus in the construction of roads and other necessary infrastructure connected to its new industries, Ethiopia has began to solve the energy needs for its industries and people through utilizing the Nile River to construct one of the worlds largest dams. There are concerns in the use of contiguous African States to destabilize its development efforts by undermining the construction of this essential energy source by western imperialism through sowing the ethnic seed of Black genocide through the anonymous assassination of a popular Ethiopian musician from the Oromo ethnic group that has lead to social unrests and genocide of Ethiopian citizens, and the destabilization and under-development of a rising African State in order to sustain black backwardness, dependence and servitude and bow to the white supremacists forces responsible for global racism, black genocide and unending servitude.

The tactics of using black lives to inflict the overall strategy of black genocide in the African continent as a means of economic and social destabilization not only leads to under-development but discourages self reliance and encourages a reactionary and an alienated state of mind, of self resignation, dependence and black servitude, the principal and global strategy of white nationalism, racism, and white supremacy.

In the key cities of the black diasporas of France, Britain, Belgium, Spain, Portugal with the USA as its nucleus, the institutions for the enforcement of law and order such as the police force, prisons and other dungeons have in subterfuge become the recruiting bases for white supremacists who under government funding commit black genocide to keep the black man in servitude and under-development, and are applauded by other white supremacists as their heroes. Of historical significance is the ascent of the revolutionary flames of the Black Lives Matter Movement as it highlights the trail and national armpits where this dark strategy of black genocide is implemented through police brutality. Ironically, these are the same antediluvian pathways of the slave trade. When it reaches the killing grounds in Africa, home of the black man with their diabolical maneuvers of socio-economic, geographical and religious tactics, these different dynamics that lead to the same black genocide will be revealed to history. Then the new world order of multilateralism and global socialism may, as of necessity be in sight before a troubled humanity consumes itself.
