With her popular TV reality show, Revenge Body, Khloe has used what she has learned on her own journey to help others achieve their fitness goals. The show has been a hit, helping those who need a push to reach their potential.

Over time, as we have seen on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe has transformed her body, and she embraces fitness and good health, but like nearly all women whove been pregnant, Khloe has struggled to drop the baby weight. Despite what we see in the magazines, most moms don't just "snap" back.

As per Us Weekly, Khloe has lost 60 pounds since giving birth to her daughter True, who is now two-years-old. She is not driving herself nuts to get slim, but she does watch her diet and exercises often. Balance is best for the reality star.

Khloe said she would rather spend more time working out than depriving herself from eating. She loves finger foods and quesadillas far too much. Snapple iced teas are her favorite, but Khloe tries to stick to water mostly and avoids drinking juice, which is high in sugar.

As for her weight, Khloe said, Now Im in my weight vicinity goal Im around 150 it goes up a little. When it goes into the high 140s, Im like, Woo! Its a dream.

No matter her size, Khloe is confident and beautiful, but her health is what drives her to keep at eating well and working out. The results are impressive, and she is an inspiration to many, particularly those who watch Revenge Body.

Of course, some say that Khloe has it easier than most, with personal trainers and at-home chefs. Not to mention, the question of whether or not shes had surgical work done always lingers. Those factors aside, without willpower and focus, Khloe could never get in such great shape.
