Vinny Arora took to her IG handle and shared a transformation video featuring her post-pregnancy weight loss. The internet is in love with it.

One of the most loved television celebrity couples is Dheeraj Dhoopar and Vinny Arora. The duo is presently on cloud nine as they are enjoying their parenthood with their cutesy munchkin, Zayn. On August 10, 2022, the duo welcomed their baby boy and stepped into the most beautiful phase of life. However, they often take to their respective IG handle to share glimpses of their lives. So is the case today when Vinny Arora took to her IG handle and posted a transformation reel featuring her post-pregnancy weight loss on May11, 2023. She also penned a lengthy caption about the details.

In the IG reel video, Vinny Arora was first seen holding her phone for a short mirror video, which featured her post-pregnancy phase with a little gained weight. She can be seen wearing a loose-fitting top with matching pants. In the next part of the same video she looked stunning, and all toned up in the next clip. She also gave a little happy dance in the video. Sharing the video, the actress wrote that she started working out six months post-pregnancy, and after nine months, she has lost a total of twelve kgs, which is praiseworthy. The actress then shared that her weight loss made her light physically and mentally. An excerpt from her post can be read as:

"I started working out 6 months PP, we just completed 9 & Ive lost 12kgs...Feel like myself again, physically - mentally."

Further in the lengthy post, she revealed how she started her weight loss journey. The actress wrote that her trainer, Perumal Swamimade her do some really heavy workouts that initially loosen 7-8 kgs for the first forty-five days. After that, the actress shared that for the next 45 days, her dietitian and a fitness and lifestyle coach, Anuja Muddahelped her keep a healthy balance in her diet so that she does not feel low on her energy, and breastfeeding would continue smoothly. Vinny took to her IG handle and wrote:

"First 45 days @perumalswami_mma made me do some kickass workouts keeping my pace in mind & I lost 7-8kgs promptly, Next 45 days @mindfulwithanuja helped me balance my diet so I dont feel low on energy & my breastfeeding continues smoothly too."

Further in the lengthy post, the actress thanked her family and fans for their support and appreciation. She also cutely showered love on her hubby, Dheeraj Dhoopar, for constantly standing by her side. She shared that her husband never pointed out her weight. In fact, thought of it as not being heavyweight at all. Vinny shared that it indeed felt like an award-winning speech because the feeling was great. Vinny wrote:

"Most of all, I want to thank my family & friends for being so supportive & appreciative...Especially hubby @dheerajdhoopar for never ever pointing out my weight, instead he always told me how beautiful I looked & that I wasnt fat in the first place...This may sound like an award winning speech cos the feeling isnt any less (lil happy dance in the end)."

As soon as Vinny shared her PP weight loss video, the internet fell in love with it. Fans started bombarding the comment section with love. Reacting to the post, one user wrote, "Hot mommyy". Another internet user took to the comment section and wrote, "Awwww amazing. Thanks for sharing this." Vinny's doting husband, Dheeraj, also took to the comment section and wrote, "So so so proud of you."

For the unversed, Vinny and Dheeraj steeped onto the forever journey on November 16, 2016, in Delhi. And on April 2, 2022, Vinny and Dheeraj Dhoopar took to their respective IG handles and shared a collaborative post where they announced their first pregnancy. And it was on August 10, 2022, when they let their fans know about the arrival of their baby boy with two cutesy posts.
